Yoga / new lunch time classes

Yoga seeks to promote health and well being through physical exercise.

Whether you are struggling to lose weight, suffering from pain (from backache to arthritis), feeling stressed or just looking for an exhilarating form of exercise yoga is for you.

In all its forms yoga is about union between body, mind and spirit, restoring and maintaining health in the body by developing strength, balance and flexibility. It can be physically very demanding but it's also versatile enough for practitioners of all levels and all ages to work at their own pace.

Yoga seeks to promote health and well being through physical exercise. The regular practice of postures and breathing exercises makes the body strong, supple and healthy. It has a profound effect on the circulation and on the functioning of the inner organs, glands and nerves - making you healthier and happier, giving you greater energy and improving your concentration.

Relax, take a time out and relieve the stresses of daily life. Discover and maintain the stillness within.

Our Queen Charlotte Street practice has a purpose built Yoga studio. The studio is light and spacious with great views over Queen square, well heated and a great place to practice yoga. The studio is well equipped for all levels of yoga from mats and blocks to wall hung ropes. All classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience from beginners onwards.
